Return Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel services before work begins. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on project stage and work completed.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for cancellations made before project work commences. Once work has begun, refunds are calculated based on completed work and may be partial.

3. Completed Work

Once deliverables are accepted and final payment is received, services are considered complete. No refunds are available for completed and accepted work.

4. Revision Requests

Revision requests beyond included rounds are subject to additional fees. These fees are non-refundable once revision work has been completed.

5. Payment Processing

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on payment provider policies.

6. Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about service delivery or billing, please contact us to discuss resolution options before requesting a refund.

7. Digital Products

As digital services, deliverables cannot be physically returned. Refund policies apply to service cancellation rather than product returns.
